Surf Synergy is a surf and wellness retreat located in Jaco beach, Costa Rica. We create an environment where people are challenged to push themselves out of their comfort zone and achieve things beyond their dreams – offering a destination vacation that exemplifies this mindset. Our main goal as a company is to reinforce a healthy and active lifestyle for everyone, have fun while doing it, and an experience of a lifetime.
Surf Synergy offers to work with you creating customized retreat packages for your community. The idea is to create a costume made trip where they can train, surf, eat healthy, have fun and free your minds from the busy life. We will manage all of it so you too can relax and enjoy a great experience with your members!
Customized Packages
Nothing builds community like a week-long vacation paradise with friends doing what you love. Surf Synergy Academy has a program specifically designed for gym owners to build their community through a surf & Crossfit retreat that is engaging, challenging, rewarding and fulfilling.
We have an easily accessible, affordable and stress-free fitness Retreat Center in Costa Rica that addresses what your members seek in a vacation: Fun, Physically Active, Healthy Food, Adventure, Growth, and Beauty.
We have created 3 different 7-day options for you to consider
* 7 days/ 6 nights Retreat for all packages
Option #1: CF Trainer Led Retreat
Minimum 10 paid guests
Your CF trainer participates for free and runs all training sessions during the retreats
Get 5% off all sales
Option #2: Surf Synergy Led Retreat with Profit Sharing to Your Gym
Minimum 10 paid guests
No CF trainer participation from your gym, classes taught by locally trained CF staff.
10% of sales paid to your gym.
Option #3: Run Your Show
Reserve the entire retreat. Your staff will coordinate the room arrangements with your members. Your trainer will run the workout sessions during the retreat. Option for single occupancy, double or triple. For groups larger than 12, price reduces per person.
You will be free to define the retreat price you want to offer to your clients.

A Five Star Experience
What a typical day can look like:
- 06:00-07:00 yoga or mobility session
- 08:00 Breakfast
- 09:00-11:00 Waterfalls 2 hours hike
- 12:00 lunch
- 1pm ice bath session
- 16:00-17:30 session 2 (beach, gym, pool weights training or Surfing)
- 18:00 Sunset and drinks
- 19:30 Dinner
Included in the price:
- Airport transfer
- Daily beach transfer for the surf or training sessions.
- An exclusive surf camp with 6 air-conditioned ocean view bungalows. Each can accommodate 2-3 people.
- 3 meals a day by our exclusive chef.
- Yoga/ mobility sessions
- Massage
- Surf lessons with video analysis
- Breathing technique lessons
- Ice bath.
- Crossift / outdoors, pool and beach WODS, hikes, ATV tours, ziplining
Not included in the price:
- Flights: SJO, Costa Rica
- Outside extra activities(Can be booked on arrival according to the free time given on the itinerary)
PAYMENT METHODS:
How can I pay for my trip?
Via bank transfers or via our online payment system with VISA or Mastercard. Venmo and PayPal also available.
How much do I pay and when?
To confirm your spot a 50% deposit is required. The final trip cost must be paid at the latest 15 days before your departure date.
The booking process will be handled by us or your team depending on the option you prefer.
