At Surf Synergy we will provide the proper fuel needed to become a better surfer. We serve breakfast and lunch at the resort. Everthing is prepared by our on-site chef, that can meet any of your dietary needs. Beer and wine is also included in the evenings.

Nothing builds up an appetite quite like surfing, and we’ve become notorious for our ample and delicious breakfasts served each morning at the resort by our lovely cooks. Traditional Costa Rican Saturday

Dinner: Traditional Costa Rican Casado (your choice of protein: fish, chicken, or steak served with plantains, sautéed vegetables, black beans, and rice.)

 

Pasta Sunday

Dinner: Pesto Linguine (light ricotta cream, basil pesto, garlic, and shaved parmesan)

 

Poke Bowl Monday

Dinner: Poke Bowl (ahi tuna, serrano chilis, brown rice, topped with seaweed, avocado, cilantro served with wonton chips topped with ponzu sauce)

 

Taco Tuesday

Dinner: Baja Street Style Taco’s (your choice of friend cauliflower, chicken, carne asada, or fresh fish of the day served with blue corn tortillas, pico de gallo, carrot habanero and avocado cream sauce)

 

Night On The Town Wednesday

Dinner: We recommend our favorite restaurants for our guests to enjoy, with many amazing options to choose from.

 

Build Your Own Pizza Thursday

Dinner: Pizza (toppings include fresh homemade marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, basil, arugula, spinach, portobello mushrooms, zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes, etc.

 

BBQ + Live Music Friday!

Dinner: BBQ Style -Your choice of Fish: (C.O.T.D.), Marinated Chicken or Steak Kabobs (served with seasonal vegetables and sweet potato fries)

 

Beer & Wine Included Every Night

Beer and wine are also included with your stay.
