Surf Synergy offers to work with you creating customized retreat packages for your yoga community. Offering you and your clients a trip where they can practice yoga, train, surf, eat healthy, have fun and free your minds from the busy life. We will manage all of it so you too can relax and enjoy a great experience with your members!

What Surf Synergy offers you:

An exclusive wellness camp with 6 air-conditioned ocean view bungalows. Each can accommodate 2-3 people.

Access to a yoga deck, swimming pool, training deck, ice bath and breathing session, surfing, meditation and more.

 

We Have Created 3 Different 7-Day Options for You to Consider:

Option #1: YOGA Trainer Led Retreat  

Minimum 10 paid guests

Your Yoga trainer participates for free and runs yoga onsite training sessions, and gets 5% of sales.

What to expect During the retreat: 

  • Airport transfer, pick up and drop off
  • Daily beach transfer for the surf or training sessions. 
  • 3 meals a day by our exclusive chef. 
  • Yoga/ mobility sessions daily
  • Massage
  • Surf lessons
  • Breathing technique lessons 
  • Ice bath. 
  • Outdoors, pool and beach workouts. 
  • We will support you with marketing material, PDF with all the information for your clients, promo video and IG posts for you to use .
Option #2: Surf Synergy Led Retreat with Profit Sharing to Your Gym

Minimum 10 paid guests

No Yoga trainer participation from your gym, classes will be taught by local yoga instructors staff. 10% of sales paid to your gym.

What to expect During the retreat: 

  • Airport transfer, pick up and drop off
  • Daily beach transfer for the surf or training sessions. 
  • 3 meals a day by our exclusive chef. 
  • Yoga/ mobility sessions daily
  • Massage
  • Surf lessons
  • Breathing technique lessons 
  • Ice bath. 
  • Outdoors, pool and beach workouts. 
  • We will support you with marketing material, PDF with all the information for your clients, promo video and IG posts for you to use .
Option #3: Run Your Show

Reserve the camp upfront allowing 12 people to attend. Your team will manage the selling of the packages and charging your clients. You will assign the yoga instructor for all your yoga sessions.

Every extra person you want to add on a triple occupancy will have an extra cost.

You will be free to define the retreat price you want to offer to your clients.

Customers can also add other activities such as ATV tours, Ziplining, horseback riding and so much more that we can include in the packages with an extra cost.

We will make sure you guys have enough CF equipment available to use outdoors and at the beach for different training session experiences. 

What a typical day can look like:

  • 06:00-07:00 yoga 
  • 08:00 breakfast 
  • 09:00-11:00 session 1 (beach, gym, pool, weights training or Surfing )
  • 13:00 lunch
  • 16:00-17:30 Evening yoga session
  • 19:00 dinner

* Massage, ice bath and breathing techniques will be arranged during the day according to the tide timings for the surf lessons. Always making sure the members get the best experience while surfing. The itinerary will be created and personalized with you, for your retreat. Taking in consideration your members needs and interests.  

Included in the price:

  • Airport transfers
  • 6 nights in a shared twin or queen room, with private bathroom
  • 6 nights full-board (breakfast, lunch and dinner provided) 
  • Daily workouts ( beach and pool Workouts) 
  • Ice baths and massage on site
  • Drinking water, natural juice and fruits during the day 
  • Free Surf Synergy refillable water bottle. 

Not included in the price: 

  • Flights: SJO, Costa Rica
  • Outside extra activities
PAYMENT METHODS:

How can I pay for my trip?
Via bank transfers or via our online payment system with VISA or Mastercard. Venmo and PayPal also available. 

How much do I pay and when?
To confirm your spot a 50% deposit is required. The final trip cost must be paid at the latest 15 days before your departure date. 

The booking process will be handled by us or your team depending on the option you prefer.
